Please be informed that Ai Traditional Thai Massage provides a non-sexual service. Verbal, non-verbal and physical sexual harassment will not be tolerated under any circumstances and will result in immediate termination of the massage, and further legal action may be taken.

In general, there are a few conditions that would prevent you from getting a massage. Of course, do not schedule an appointment if you are feeling unwell, have a fever, cold, or a skin condition that is contagious. The first trimester of pregnancy is generally considered off-limits for massage, as are active chemotherapy or other intensive medical treatments. If you have a serious medical condition and you are unsure if a massage would be safe for you, massage therapists will recommend that you speak with your primary care provider to get approval first.

Rest assured, massage therapists have seen and felt it all! Please do not feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. Your massage therapist is focused on creating a relaxing and therapeutic experience for you, and you cannot relax if you are anxious about your body’s appearance. If anything, your therapist may be able to make product or technique recommendations to help alleviate any conditions that may be bothersome to you. We do ask that you come in a hygienic fashion, though we do have shower facilities available time spent in them is included in the time you have booked.

You may undress to your level of comfort. Your massage therapist will leave the room so you can undress and lie on the massage table under a top sheet. Regardless if you choose to maintain some clothing or remain in just your underwear, your massage therapist will always ensure that you are always properly covered.We do not offer full nude massages and respectfully request lower underwear to be left on (this does not include bras)

Please speak up during the massage if you are unhappy with anything. Your therapist can change the temperature, pressure and type of massage at any point. The therapists goal is to help in pain reduction, relaxation and your comfort please do not feel shy or nervous about making requests. If you wait till after the massage has finished we cannot change things.
